Guidlines for email nominations for Branch Management Committee Positions:

Nominations for Management Committee positions can be submitted by email , as long as three emails are received by the Secretary by 31st August, as follows:

email from Nominator copied to Nominee, Seconder and Branch Secretary

email from Seconder copied to Nominee, Nominator and Branch Secretary

email from Nominee confirming acceptance copied to Nominator, Seconder and Branch Secretary.

The information required is shown in the forms. Nominations should be accompanied by, or followed up with a head and shoulders photo and a brief biography of the nominee for publication in the Annual report where nominations appear
